Successful Transition And Re-entry!
The STAR Project was established in May 2004 with the vision to
increase community safety and reduce recidivism by assisting persons to
successfully transition from incarceration to the community. The
mission of the STAR Project is to provide persons being released from
incarceration with the tools to successfully reintegrate into the
community as productive, contributing members. |
